Tom Adcox "To be honest, I was looking for a straightforward set of instructions to follow, a program to implement to 'fix' my brain's deficiencies. (What I got was so much better and more important than that.) Instead, through coaching, I learned how to build and test out my own solutions, the things that would work best for me. This has made a huge difference in my stress levels and how I feel about my work, and also has opened up a lot more creative freedom in what I do."
"You're not going to get what you think you want ahead of time, because what you want ahead of time is likely not going to actually help as much as you think. Give the process time, and you will get so much more out of this than you anticipated. And if you're worried/anxious that this is just going to set up yet another program you will fail at... that's not how this works." "I think if I were to talk to myself at the point of trying to decide to embark on this coaching process... I'd probably just say, there are only two things you need to know right now. Yes, the investment will be worth it. And there's no quick description of 'here's what you'll get out of it,' because the time and effort it takes to find that out is what *makes* the investment worth it."
Tyler "I am in no way a '100% set' Tyler coming out of this. But I now have the toolbox that is tailored to my specific needs and ways of doing things. I am no longer panicking in real time, heightened situations—I can revert back to my coaching and find myself on the other side of those situations with much more peace, pride in my actions, and less energy exerted while getting there. "
"I enjoyed the structure, accountability, and awareness of things that were happening in our world that may have been affecting my headspace. I loved the freedom in not having to monitor or craft my speech but also always knew you would bring me back in if we needed to."
What would you say to someone considering coaching with Tracy? "Go for it. I cannot say enough positive things about my time with Tracy. It may sound corny...but the work with her really did change my life. I have noticed the benefits seep into other areas and relationships outside of my professional world. I feel more control, less shame, more awareness, and a focus that is more sustainable and successful than I had before I started coaching"
Tina "Tracy is warm, caring, open, flexible, confident, intelligent and witty. She is also a natural at clear communication. Tracy will help you trust in yourself and guide you through challenges in a way that feels easier than you thought. And she will hold you accountable to yourself with a gentle touch as you navigate uncharted territory. "
"Thank you, Tracy. It was a pleasure to be coached by you. You are on my list of people who profoundly impacted my life."
Gaby Ramirez "I learned how to, without judgment, evaluate problems I was experiencing or behaviors I wanted to change, and identify possible solutions. I also developed the mental, emotional, and intellectual agility to continue testing different approaches if I didn't initially achieve the outcomes I wanted."
What were made you choose me as your coach? "Your emphasis on helping people to actively figure out solutions for themselves (rather than providing solutions as a coach that a client passively receives). I knew it would be harder but worth it, and I was right!"
"The intellectual stimulation of your coaching style was inherently satisfying (shocking! a nerd likes nerding out with another nerd), but what really stood out was your warmth and unwavering encouragement—your sincere faith in my ability to grow and meet my goals, conveyed in a way that felt authentic, profound, and earned, every single time. And feeling like praise is deserved is so important: when I was overly hard on myself, your small and consistent celebrations helped me not just acknowledge my wins but believe them for myself."
"My life is fundamentally improved as a direct result of my coaching with Tracy. If you fit the nerd mold and are ready to put in the work, you are more or less guaranteed to reap the benefits."
"It's been almost a year since I completed the most intensive part of my coaching, and there is so much I learned that I still use to this day."
Lucy M. "Working with [Tracy] was so immensely enjoyable and fun while being rewarding. The process felt wholly unique and so personal. It never felt like I was being coached. It felt like we were building something together, and that something just happened to be my time management faculties."
What would you say to someone considering coaching with Tracy? "Don't consider, just do it. Each coaching session with Tracy felt like simultaneously talking with a good friend, a brilliant therapist, and a compassionate scientist."
JJ "Tracy is a joy. She's got a strong scientific mind around her work but also makes it fun and relatable. She is both kind and curious and does a fantastic job helping you unpack your own mind and explore it under different light."
"I learned way more than I expected and in areas that I didn't expect at all. The work that Tracy helped me with regarding Values and The Feelings Wheel created a framework that I can now relate so many things to. It was unexpected but awesome."
What did you enjoy about the coaching process? "All of it. Normalization as a neurodiverse person. Relational engagement that was fun and funny but grounded in science. Strong, thought provoking questions. Recognition of effort. Targeted approach that worked well for a person with my brain type."
Victoria "Tracy has honestly changed my life. While I still experience all of the challenges of my ADHD as I did before I began coaching, they do not consume me as they once did. I have perspective and resilience- two things I couldn't even imagine prior to coaching. I am now able to problem solve when I come across difficulties rather than entering a shame spiral."
"I learned that I actually secretly love my ADHD brain. I learned to give myself grace and to take myself less seriously. The neurotypical world is hard enough, no need for me to pile on!"
Miriam "I found what I was looking for and more. I thought I needed help with work-related matters, but I found my issues were rooted in deeper existential questions."
What did you enjoy about the coaching process? "How natural, enlightening and engaging it felt. I was excited to find new answers or areas of knowledge to explore after every session."
"I learned I made the right decision when I decided to go out of my comfort zone and make an appointment with you. I also learned more about my own values and identity, and reconnected with a version of me that feels more like my true self."
"Give it a try. It’s not always a match, but if you never try, you won’t know if this is what you needed. If you’re a neurodivergent person looking for someone who can relate with your experience while guiding you with their deep knowledge of the human behavior and coaching practices, Tracy may indeed be a match for you."
Marie LePage "I got so much more than what I was looking for. Tracy's knowledge in human development opened up my world and helped me understand my living essence better. I no longer am very concerned with getting a label or focusing on a diagnosis. I am now profoundly curious about that silent yet active inner world that carries my experiences, determines my actions, and creates my reality. I am turning a corner in my life that I never dreamed was possible."
"If you're ready to dig deep and be really honest, Tracy is your person. Without reservation I recommend Tracy as a coach. She has far surpassed any therapist I've ever worked with and I've been floating around the mental illness community for over 20 years."
Madison Eaton "After the first session I was a bit concerned because I came into it looking for answers from my coach (Tracy) and instead I was met with questions??? "Apparently they don't just give you the answers? The work was hard and it took some time for my brain to even adjust to the way coaching is set up. I was very skeptical because the changes we were making seemed so small compared to the issue and then after a few sessions everything started falling into place and the dots started to connect and my progress was happening in leaps and bounds."
"In talking with her it was the perfect balance of professionalism and feeling like I'm talking to a peer. She was approachable, warm, and empathetic, and also really informative. She really understands how the neurodivergent brain works and how us neurospicy folx need to operate. I also just really enjoyed interacting with Tracy. She's such a positive and supportive light and made it easy to be vulnerable and let go of any preconceived ideas that had been blocking me from progress."
Jay "Transformative, a night and day difference. The progress was life changing."
"The potential difference in the change of someone's life through this coaching can be lifesaving. It's a program truly dedicated to making a difference as opposed to being filled with fluff which only translates into billable hours. " ADHDLawyer0987 "Because of Tracy's coaching I have deeper insight into what my needs are at work and she helped me figure out how to ask that my needs be met (quiet workplace, remote work, more time to do work) so that I may produce the best product. I have more self compassion and I know what has been getting in my way."
"Tracy is a delight! She is patient and asks probing questions and she allows our minds to do what they do (create, think, find answers) in the way they do it."
Tracy A "If I didn't meet the goal I set for myself that week, there was only compassion & figuring out what might work better for me. You celebrated my successes & cheered me on. You encouraged me to return to my creativity, rather than waiting to have my "ducks all in a row" before I'd give myself permission to do so. I felt supported."
"I learned that people with ADHD do not have to spend their lives apologizing! That we can arrange our lives in a way that supports our challenges & it doesn't have to fit perfectly with the way a neurotypical person does things. "
"I highly recommend coaching with Tracy! I guarantee, you'll come out of the experience with far more than you expected. I personally found myself feeling lighter, more hopeful, and energized about my future."
"I've realized that I came into coaching carrying shame & a desire to "fix myself." I now understand that I'm not broken….I can accept my ADHD & stop expecting to behave like a person who doesn't have it."
Pat "Are you aware of the profound impact you have had on my life? And not just my life because there are three in this family. From where I was...it's mindblowing."
"It wasn't cheap, but I've never paid for something that was worth so much."
Eleanor Pearn "I love myself now! Don't get me wrong, none of us are perfect but with Tracy's help I have personalised systems and fail safes for both work and home issues so that I feel confident that everything is in its rightful place, things are continually getting done and more importantly I know I can boss anything else that comes my way. I am a much calmer and more positive person as a by-product of all our work and I am truly happy with myself and my life and my future."
What did you enjoy about the coaching process? "Starting small and building up, deciding what has been particularly bugging me that week and working on it. But also being flexible so that if I was having any troubles with a previous week's 'assignment' then I knew I could bring it back up with absolutely no judgement and we could work it out together. I loved that you complimented me just the right amount so as not to be over the top or disingenuous but so I felt really seen and could use it to push myself to a more positive place with the work I was doing. "
What did you learn through the coaching process? "Personalized systems are everything. I spent years trying to mold myself into a person I couldn't be as a neurodivergent with products/organisational things that I just couldn't seem to master or used for a week and ditched! Now I have systems that work for ME and a way forward so that if anything crops up that I need to work through then I can easily do that thanks to the work we have done together. "
What would you say to someone considering coaching with Tracy? "You won't be sorry and you may even be a different version of yourself, an improved and happier version who feels like they can take on the world. Tracy has a crazy way of being able to ask you just the right questions to help you work out yourself how your systems will be so that you can be the best version of yourself. Having ADHD herself but seeing how successful and accomplished she has become is very inspiring in itself and then on top of that you know there will be no judgement at all when sharing your deepest darkest ADHD secrets and she gets it too!
"I know some would worry about the cost of a coach but look at it like this: How much do you value your sanity, productiveness, self esteem and most importantly happiness because to me it is priceless. So a small investment now could lead you to be the best version of yourself for life; what more could you want?!"
AMK "I achieved exactly what I was after. Tracy helped me zero in on so many clear things and helped me devise solid ways to achieve them."
"[I learned] that I can make my own action plans to make things happen and create positive change."
