GROUP MENTOR COACHING PROGRAM

Designed for iACT students by iACT facilitators!

Sue Trace, PCC, and Tracy Winter, PCC, have joined together to create a group mentor coaching program specifically for
​iACT CALC graduates.

As part of your iACT program, you engaged in five individual mentor coaching hours. Your application for ACC accreditation from ICF must include evidence of completion of five more mentor coaching hours, which can be individual or group.

​With our program, you can complete your last five hours as a group with other iACT graduates. You'll get five hours of group mentor coaching in three sessions at a much lower rate than individual mentor coaching. Come out and play with us!

• Trust your training, skills, and instincts
• Deepen active listening and reflecting
• Smooth out the move to action
• Clarify leading vs curious questions
• Identify red hot threads to pull
• Construct powerful questions to evoke

THE SESSIONS

Session 1: 2 hours

• Review all ICF core competencies 
• Two coach/client practice sessions with
  group feedback (like coaching lab)
• Focus on competencies of Evokes Awareness and Facilitates Client Growth

Session 2: 90 minutes

• Two coach/client practice sessions with
  ​group feedback 
• Focus on competencies of Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Maintains Presence, and Listens Actively

​Session 3: 90 minutes

• Two coach/client practice sessions with group feedback 
• Focus on competencies of Demonstrates Ethical Practice, Establishes and Maintains Agreements, and Cultivates Trust and Safety

THE LOGISTICS

• 5 mentor coaching hours in 3 sessions
• Tracy will facilitate all sessions​
• Small group of 3-6 participants
• Time TBD based on participant availability
• Sessions approximately 1 month apart
  
• Mandatory attendance at all three sessions
• Receive a letter of attestation upon completion for inclusion in your ICF ACC application​
